• Within Abu Dhabi: 9AM - 1PM / 6PM - 1AM
• Orders placed past 11PM will be delivered next day.

Other Emirates:

• Orders placed before 6PM will be Next Day Delivery
• Orders that were placed past 6PM will be picked up next day and delivered the next day after.
• Orders placed on Saturday before 6PM will be delivered on Monday.
• Orders placed after 6PM will be picked up on Monday and delivered the next day after.
• No deliveries will be made on Sunday due to off day for the delivery team.

Local Refund/Return/Exchange Policy:

A device may be refunded/returned/exchanged when:

• The product is defective.
• The product has not been removed from sealed package.
• The product has not been with the customer for more than 2 weeks.

Return/Refund/Exchange can't be done if:

• The package has been opened
• The flavor is not preferred after trying.
• Items have been with the customer for more than 2 weeks
• Damaged by customer
